Staff Training and Practice Meetings
We hold a training session and Practice meeting once a month for staff development and training, on the first Friday of each month between 1pm-3pm.
The reception desks and prescription desk are closed during this time. The phone lines will be answered, however we would respectfully request that you defer from making any non urgent calls during staff training times. If you do need to contact the surgery urgently during this time then your call will be answered or you may prefer to call NHS 111 to speak directly to a clinician. Telephone calls will be answered as normal from 3pm.
By keeping the staff training up-to-date we will be able to maintain the highest standard of service to all our patients.
